Don’t stand on the sidelines! Learn the SHIM SHAM swing line dance and jump in when everyone gets up to do the Shim Sham (which we do at every one of our dances!)
Made up of a series of jazz steps, and made famous by Frankie Manning, the Shim Sham is the traditional swing line dance known and loved by swing dancers all around the world.
This workshop is appropriate and encouraged for all levels. If you swing dance you gotta know the Shim Sham!

Before every Dance, we offer an hour and half Technique Clinic on changing topics. These popular clinics are designed for those who already know swing dance basics to work on and improve specific aspects of their dance-ability including musicality, leading and following, frame and connection, momentum and more.
