Big Monthly Swing Dance this month features…
THE GRAND BOUBOUSSE BAND, Lesson & Special Lindy Performance!
One of our most popular bands….The Grand Boubousse is an early jazz collective, featuring some of the finest swing musicians from the Northeast. The band is led by Jonathan Greene, organizer of the Dance Flurry, and a talented clarinet and saxophone player.
All are welcome! No partner or experience needed to attend. Join the fun! Plus join the Birthday Jam for Linda’s Birthday month! Who else are November babies?!
SPECIAL SHOWCASE at the band break! Got2Lindy performance track students perform at the band break!
Beginner lesson 7:30-8pm
Performance: 9pm
Dancing till 10:30pm
$25 admission at the door (Cash, Check or Venmo. NO CREDIT CARDS.)
Note: Before every big monthly dance is a Technique Clinic from 6-7:00pm. This is NOT the beginner lesson included in the dance, but a separate hour-and-a-half workshop on changing topics.
